Vaping Customisability and Affordibility is Important

I believe the tobacco smoking epidemic is a serious problem in our society, but it is being met with insufficient means of combat. What's more, those who have implemented these failed tactics seek to ban vaping products, or regulate the products that would see far less people transfer from smoking tobacco to vaping. The regulations are predominantly on the availability, affordability, and customisability of vaping products, particularly nicotine containing liquids, whilst completely neglecting the safety concerns of extremely high concentrations of nicotine.

VAPACAS stands for the reasonable regulation of vaping products, that would maximise the conversion of tobacco smokers to the more healthier activity of vaping.

In future I will promote;

  • The legalisation and availability of nicotine liquids at the concentration of 100mg/ml (10%) or below.
  • The legalisation and availability of a variety of battery types and refillable cartridges.
  • The safety and quality control testing of nicotine liquids, batteries and cartridges, and seek to enforce a ban on nicotine liquids above the concentration of 100mg/ml (10%).
  • The legalisation of nicotine liquids at the concentration of 24mg/ml (2.4%) or below to be sold in supermarkets and convenient stores.
  • The legalisation of batteries and refillable cartridges to be sold in supermarkets and convenient stores.
